Its light character is borne from its distillation in some of Scotlands largest stills; matured for 12 years, the result is a light, floral whisky with a fresh, creamy taste.
A crisp, dry aromatic nose, then soft flavors of heather, honey-sweetness, malt and citrus-fruits lead to a lingering, sweet finish and finally more smoke, peat and malt. Aged 15 years.
Longmorn is aged in oak casks for more than fifteen years; it is firm in flavour; but smoothed by age. Its founders were very proud of it. We are just as proud today.
A beautifully presented single malt whisky from Glenmorangie. Made with a heavy roasted 'chocolate' malt as well as spirit from the original maltings. There are aromas of chocolate orange and pecan pie.
The masterpiece blend of the Dewars portfolio, a true classic. Full bodied with rich, fruity and mellow notes of honey, vanilla, toffee and caramel overtones. A wonderful, extremely smooth finish.
Autumn gold in color, soft velvety taste moderates the classic Laphroaig peat character. The finish is creamy with zesty orange.
Lots of character a dash of peat, and a hint of honey are all there, and they are nicely woven together.
This Scotch is a sweet and mellow Whisky with notes of butterscotch and almonds. Aged 18 Yrs.
A fully natural color with no caramel added, it is sparkling gold with layers of color arising from different maturations and oils mixing together. The nose is peat first, then ripe red fruits from the PX and Oloroso casks. A hint of dryness next from the American oak with a long lingering florally finish - Marzipan and even limes at the end. This full bodied whisky is initially sweet up front- matching the nose, then the classic dry, peaty, ashy flavours come bounding in followed by a lovely rich finish arising from the rich fruits of the European casks.
We mature Laphroaig in seasoned oak barrels, charred before filling to impart a slight sweet vanilla nuttiness. Original Cask Strength Laphroaig is barrier-filtered only just, to remove the small char particles present. This means you will enjoy Laphroaig exactly as we made it. In extremes of temperature and when you add water it may appear a little cloudy - this is the natural condition of a malt of such a peaty pungence and uncompromising purity.
Up to thirty-five individual whiskies are used in the creation of Swing, each carefully selected by the Master Blender. The blend contains a high proportion of malts from Speyside, where the single malts are noted for their elegance and complexity. Complementing them are malts from the northern Highlands and Islay, adding richness, spice and weight. Some have been matured in sherry casks over several years to gain richness, while others are lighter and aromatic. The result: a luxurious flavor that's light in the foreground, with sweet mouth-watering depth developing on the palate.
An exuberant new expression of Talisker, created to delight and intrigue the many adorers of this celebrated island whisky: more intense and smoky, with enhanced and vibrant maritime notes, smoothly balanced with Taliskers signature warm sweetness.
