Description

Featuring a mash bill of 21% Rye, 79% Corn and aged a total of five years: four years in American white oak bourbon barrels with the fifth year in French oak wine barrels that housed the Durant & Booth Cabernet Sauvignon wine. Aromas of clove, nutmeg, charred citrus, toasted oak. On the palate there's stewed red fruit, pecans and vanilla.
