High West Distillery's new Cask Collection Series puts the focus on blending whisky and cask selection. This blend of Straight Bourbon and Straight Rye whiskey - all matured between 6 and 10 years in new oak - is then aged for 10 months in casks that previously held Sauvignon Blanc.
