Koch Mezcal Artesanal Tepeztate

Description

The mezcal is made exclusively using the relatively uncommon Tepeztate variety of agave in the Oaxaca region of Mexico. There is a great balance between sweetness, spiciness and smokiness. Notes of pineapple, banana skin, mace, cherry, caramelized apples, arugula and eucalyptus.
