This innovative expression begins with our renowned Santa Teresa 1796, a triple-aged, award-winning Venezuelan Solera rum. The rum undergoes a final transformation, spending an additional three months in American white oak casks that previously aged a rum-based cold brew coffee, crafted from 100% premium Arabica beans. The Arabica coffee beans are organically. Notes of fresh-brewed coffee, cocoa, charred wood, vanilla, and toasted almonds. A rich, earthy harmony of coffee, brown sugar, cocoa nibs, tobacco, and dried fruit. The finish is deep and smooth with hints of cocoa, coffee, and oak.
