Crafted in the hills of the Sierra Sur in Miahuatlán de Porfirio Díaz, Nosotros Mexicano is a tribute to the rich terroir of the Mezcal heartland from Mezcalero Octavo Jarquin. Agave Mexicano is a lesser know and rarer varietal than it's cousin Espadin. The Mexicano Agaves used in this Mezcal have matured for 10 years creating more complex flavors that are highly sought after by connoisseurs. Bright and herbal, with notes of fresh peppers, peach, and a hint of mint, inviting you into an aromatic journey. Subtle, low smoke leads the way, giving space to vibrant flavors of lemon peel, molasses, and fresh herbs, balanced by a medley of stone fruits. The mineral texture weaves seamlessly through every sip, showcasing the depth of the agave and the land.
