Bushmills 10 Year Amarone Barrel

Description

This 10 Year Old single malt is first matured in carefully selected bourbon barrels and oloroso sherry casks for a total of 4 years bewfore finishing for a minimum of 6 years in amarone casks. While the bourbon casks impart rich hints of vanilla and oak, the sherry casks infuse the whiskey with notes of dried fruits and spice, and the amarone casks add a layer of dark ripe fruits and caramel, resulting in a whiskey of unparralleled complexity.
