Castle and Key Wheated Cask Strength Bourbon

Description

Aged for 7 years with a mashbill of 73% Corn, 10% Wheat and 17% Malted Barley. Aromas of orange zest, caramelized peach, pound cake and baked nutmeg. On the palate there's pastry dough, red apple, light black peppercorn, mango, roasted walnut and white sage. The finish features oatmeal cinnamon cookie with lingering notes of dried cherries and chai.
