Rendezvous is High West's flagship whiskey and has evolved to include more of the distillery's own coveted High West pot still rye! It honors the way rye whiskey used to be made, with a high rye content and full, uncompromised flavor. With Rendezvous, you get a taste of authentic rye whiskey. Aromas of yellow plum jam on raspberry scones, boysenberry turnover, cinnamon sugar graham crackers, cocoa-dusted orange peels, leather harvesting bag, dried white flowers, morning dew drops on lavender buds. The taste is a reminder of raspberry jalapeño jelly on toasted brown bread, clove-infused orange slices, vanilla-poached dates, homemade applesauce with cinnamon sticks, fried dough with powdered sugar, mint tea. The finish is cherry fruit leather, ginger chews, stone cut oats with cream and golden raisins, fresh cracked pepper.
