Limousin Rye 10 Year Limited Release

Description

A pop of orange on the nose gives way to rich brittle toffee, caramel, syrupy tannin, and winey fruit. Palate is strong caramel and oak with nutmeg on the breath. A rich finish that warms the throat with spicy tickles of baking spice that fade to notes of lingering cola. This 7-barrel blend was aged 8.5 years in once used bourbon barrels and finished for 6 months in French Limousin oak. Aged, blended and bottled in Cambridge, Wisconsin.
