Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Jose Cuervo Tradicional Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • .5 oz Coffee syrup
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Egg or 1 Egg white

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker
  2. Dry shake without ice
  3. Add ice and shake again
  4. Strain into a small wine glass or coupe
  5. Grate fresh nutmeg over the top
