Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 parts Basil Hayden’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
  • 3/4 part fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 part peach liqueur
  • 3, thick, frozen peach slices
  • 8 peppercorns
  • Pear wedge for garnish 

Preparation

  1. Muddle peppercorns in a glass. 
  2. Combine remaining ingredients into a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake with ice
  4. Add ice to glass and strain into glass
  5. Garnish with pear wedge
