Ingredients

  • 2 parts Jameson Black Barrel
  • 1/2 part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  • 3/4 part Fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 part Simple syrup
  • 2 Cucumber chunks

Preparation

  1. Muddle cucumber and combine all ingredients into a shaker
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously
  3. Fine strain into an ice filled rocks glass
  4. Garnish with a cucumber slice
