
Ingredients
- 2 parts Jameson Black Barrel
- 1/2 part St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 3/4 part Fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 part Simple syrup
- 2 Cucumber chunks
Preparation
- Muddle cucumber and combine all ingredients into a shaker
- Add ice and shake vigorously
- Fine strain into an ice filled rocks glass
- Garnish with a cucumber slice
