
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Pendleton Midnight Whisky
- 1 Sugar cube
- 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- Top with Sparkling wine
Preparation
- In a stirring glass, add a sugar cube and aromatic bitters and muddle well into a paste
- Add Pendleton Midnight and ice, and stir for 10 seconds
- Pour mixture into a flute and top with sparkling wine
