
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 cups of weak brewed Black Tea
- 3 cups Wisconsin Brandy (try Berens or Drink Wisconsinbly)
- 12 oz. Frozen lemonade concentrate
- 12 oz. Frozen orange juice concentrate
- 10-15 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Lemon Lime or Sour Soda to top
Preparation
- In a medium saucepan, dissolve sugar into the brewed tea and add concentrated juices
- Take mixture off the heat and add the Brandy and Bitters
- Pour mixture into a freezer safe container with a lid. An ice cream bucket works well
- Freeze for 24 hours, stirring occasionally
- Once frozen, scoop into a glass and top with soda
